1. Introduction

By purchasing a rental panel from BuyRentalPanel.in, you agree to comply with all the terms mentioned below. These terms govern the rental panel system and services provided by us.

2. Nature of Service

We provide SMM rental panel setup, installation, activation, and basic system security at setup time. We only provide panel infrastructure and technical support. Business success or profit is not guaranteed.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before work begins. Panel setup starts only after payment confirmation. Once payment is completed, it is final and confirmed.

4. Delivery Process

After payment confirmation, panel configuration and testing will be completed. The panel will then be activated and delivered to the client.

5. Strict No Refund Policy

Rental panel setup is a digital technical service. Once created, configured, and delivered, refund will NOT be provided under any circumstances.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for panel management, services added, business operations, marketing, customer handling, profit or loss. We are not responsible for business outcomes.

7. Third-Party API Disclaimer

Services depend on third-party API providers. We do not control service speed, drops, refill policies, or provider updates.

8. Security Responsibility

Basic system security is provided during setup. After delivery, admin credentials and website management are the client's responsibility.

9. Fraud, Scam & Illegal Activity

If any rental client is involved in fraud, scam, illegal activity, or misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the panel immediately. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are only responsible for providing the rental panel system. We are not liable for business losses, revenue loss, customer disputes, social media issues, or third-party failures.

11. Agreement

By making payment, you confirm that you accept all terms, including the strict no-refund policy and full operational responsibility.

1. Panel Suspension Policy

If a rental panel is suspended due to non-payment, policy violation, or any other reason, the client will have a maximum of 7 days from the suspension date to renew the service or request their data.

2. 7 Days Renewal & Data Request Rule

Within 7 days of suspension, the client may:

• Renew the rental panel subscription.
• Request backup or access to their panel data.

After 7 days, no renewal privilege or data recovery option will be available.

3. Permanent Termination After 7 Days

If the panel is not renewed within 7 days of suspension, the panel will be permanently terminated automatically. All website files, database, orders, users, and complete data will be permanently deleted from our server.

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any condition, including suspension, termination, misuse, or policy violations.

5. Client Responsibility & Fraud Policy

Rental clients are fully responsible for how they use their panel. If any client is involved in scam, fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of services, we reserve the full right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the panel without prior notice.

6. No Data Sharing Policy

We do not share, sell, or provide our rental clients’ personal details, panel data, or business information to any third party. Under no circumstances will we provide client data to anyone.

7. Limitation of Support

After permanent termination and data deletion, no support, recovery, refund, or assistance will be provided.
